PRIORITY WAITLIST
For the woman who feels like she’s doing “all the right things”…
You’re eating healthy. You’re working out. So why is the weight still not budging?
Small cohorts • Limited availability • Priority access • No payment today
Maybe it’s not just the weight—you’re hitting an afternoon wall, craving something sweet after eating, feeling hungry again too soon, or dealing with bloating that seems to come from nowhere.
The answer isn’t always to eat less, cut out more foods, or work out harder. Sometimes the first step is understanding what your body is actually responding to—and what is worth changing.
Introducing
HarmonizeHer Metabolic Clarity
A 4-Week Guided Small-Group Experience
A small, guided experience for women who are tired of trying harder without understanding why their weight, energy, hunger, cravings, or digestion still feel off.
Instead of another list of foods to avoid, we’ll use real feedback from your body to help you understand which patterns may actually matter for you.
Does This Sound Familiar?
- You eat pretty well most of the time, but the scale — or the way your clothes fit — barely seems to change.
- You’re exercising consistently and wondering why your body doesn’t seem to reflect the effort you’re putting in.
- You hit an afternoon wall and find yourself reaching for coffee, something sweet, or both.
- You can eat a meal and somehow feel hungry or snacky again much sooner than you expected.
- Bloating, constipation, or unpredictable digestion make it even harder to know what foods are actually working for you.
- You’ve tried cutting calories, cutting carbs, eating “cleaner,” or exercising more — and you’re tired of wondering what else you’re supposed to remove.
- You hear completely different advice everywhere you look and you’re not sure what actually applies to your body.
- You don’t want another plan that works for two weeks and then leaves you back at square one.
If you’re already putting in the effort, the answer may not be more effort.
It may be figuring out what your body has been trying to tell you.
This Isn’t Another Diet to Follow Perfectly.
You don’t need another list of “good” foods and “bad” foods.
You need to see why one breakfast keeps you full while another leaves you hungry two hours later—and which changes are actually worth making for you.
Stop guessing. Start understanding.
Less: “What else should I cut out?”
More: “Now I know what to pay attention to.”
Less: “Why isn’t this working?”
More: “I can see the pattern and know what to try next.”
Less: Another temporary diet
More: A strategy you understand and can use in real life
See what your body is actually responding to
We’ll use a continuous glucose monitor as one tool to give you real-time feedback about everyday life—not just food.
We’ll look at meals, protein, fiber, movement, sleep, stress, and routine. The goal is not a perfectly flat glucose line or fear of carbohydrates.
The CGM is the tool. Understanding what to do with the information is the value.
Imagine knowing…
Which meals leave you satisfied and energized
Which patterns may be contributing to afternoon crashes or cravings
How meal composition—or a short walk after eating—affects your response
Whether sleep or stress changes what you notice
Which 3–5 habits are worth focusing on
What your next step should be after the four weeks
You won’t leave knowing everything about your body. But you should leave understanding it much better—and knowing what to do next.
The first cohorts will be small.
I’m intentionally keeping the first groups small so I can stay closely involved, answer questions, review what participants are seeing, and make the experience genuinely useful—not another program you buy and never finish.
I’ll invite a very small number of women into the founding beta first. Future cohorts will also have limited capacity.
Waitlist members receive enrollment details first. When a cohort fills, enrollment closes.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot • No payment today
Want to be considered for the founding group?
Before I open the program more broadly, I’ll invite a very small group of women into the founding experience. They’ll receive especially close support while I refine the program.
If you’d like to be considered, join the waitlist and reply to the welcome email to tell me you want the earliest cohort. If the timing isn’t right—or the group fills—you’ll stay on the priority list for future cohorts.

Mona has extensive experience supporting women with nutrition, metabolic, hormonal, and gut-health concerns.
“My approach isn’t about giving every woman the same meal plan. My science background taught me to look for patterns. My nutrition work taught me those patterns only matter if we can turn them into changes that work in real life.”
Your body shouldn’t feel like a constant guessing game.
If you’re tired of eating healthy, trying harder, and still wondering what you’re missing, add your name to the priority list.
You’ll hear about upcoming small cohorts before enrollment opens more broadly, including details about the program, Core and VIP options, pricing, and timing.
You don’t have to decide today. Just get on the list if you want to hear about the next opening first.
